Great concert and venue
Overall, everything was great. The reason why I gave 4 stars is due to safety. After the concert, some of the Youndr pouch reps were positioned at the bottom of the escalators at each level. As the crowd grew waiting to get their pouches unlocked, there was no space for people who were coming down the escalator to go. People had to push those ahead of them so that they could get off the escalators. This was a huge hazard as people could've slipped and/or tripped on the escalators. Suggest finding an area away from the escalators to unlock the pouches.
